It's very easy...You may return or exchange your items within 55 days of ship date

Free Shipping on Exchanges

Exchange Shipping is FREE back to us and back out to you if you are Exchanging your item for a different, size, color or item

  • Returns for exchanges are free for customers in the Continental US only

$10.00 return shipping for refund

  • If you use the pre-paid return label for a REFUND, an $10.00 per order charge will be deducted from your refund

THE FINE PRINT

  • All returns/exchanges must be in New, Unused, "LIKE NEW" condition
  • Any product that shows wear, and can't be re-sold as new, will be refused.
  • Product must have all original tags that were sent with the product
  • If the return/exchange is due to our error our the item is defective, waders.com will email you a UPS prepaid shipping label
  • All clearance or discontinued items may not be able to be exchanged for same item due to the discontinued nature of the item.  If you are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will credit your account for the amount of your initial purchase
  • Pro Tip: Don't want to send your item back and wait for the exchange to be shipped?  Expedite the process by placing a new order then returning your product for a refund
  • Please allow 2-3 business days after exchange/return is received by wdaers.com to process your item for an exchange or refund.

 HOW TO PREPARE YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN

  • We recommend that you use the original shipping box or bag, including all the original packing materials
  • Put item back into original shipping box or bag
  • Do not add additional markings, labels or excess tape
  • Please include all original tags with shipment
  • Damaged branded boxes or product returned without tags, may result in refusal and could be subject to a $35.00 re-stocking fee
  • Product that shows wear may be refused or charged a $35.00 fee

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Returns for exchanges are free for customers in the Continental US if they use our UPS prepaid label
  • If we make an error in shipping or an item is deemed defective by waders.com, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for the return
  • Expedited/Additional item shipping costs are non refundable for exchanges/returns that are not the result of a defect
  • Additional fees may apply if special handling (expedited or Air) is required

   

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS:

  • Waders.com will take back your product outside of the 55 day window, no questions asked, if your product is Unworn, in New Condition, has the tags still attached and the branded box is in Like New condition. Customer must pay return shipping. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OUTSIDE THE 55 DAY WINDOW

  • waders.com will take back your product outside of the 55 day window, no questions asked, if your product is Unworn, in New Condition, has the tags and the branded box is in Like New condition. Customer must pay return shipping.
  • We want you to be satisfied with your waders.com purchase and we will work with you via email or phone to find a solution 

AFTER YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN IS RECEIVED

  • Once your shipment is received, it is inspected by our QA team.  If there are any questions regarding the exchange/return, one of our representatives will contact you. Once the inspection is completed, your exchange/return will be processed.  
  • If you are exchanging an item, we will send your exchange item request to the fulfillment center for picking and processing.  This typically takes 2 business days.  An email will be sent with tracking information once your exchange has shipped.
  • If you are returning for credit, the same process is followed and a request for a credit to your original payment method will be submitted.  As a reminder, due to security and privacy reasons, we do not keep Paypal and/or credit card information of any kind in our database.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return process has been initiated and sent to Paypal or your credit card provider.  Please allow 5-7 business days as our credit card partners process your credit request.  If you do not see the credit applied to you account within this time frame, please reach back out to us and we will contact our credit card partners to resolve the issue.
