Wader Product Care

Wader Care Tips

To obtain the maximum life out of your waders, we recommend immediately cleaning your waders after every use.

Mild soap, a wash cloth and water is perfect for spot cleaning. Using hot water can destroy the flexibility of your waders, so warm to cool water is recommended. If your waders are covered in mud, we recommend hanging them upside down and washing them with a standard water hose. PRESSURE WASHER USE IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Always dry your cleaned waders inside out, indoors and away from sunlight. Once your waders are clean and dry, store them inside, away from the elements. It's best to store your waders in a plastic bag.

You should never wash your waders in a washing machine. Do not iron or put into a dryer.

How to extend the life of your waders (Neoprene)

Neoprene cleaner and conditioner is the best way to extend the life of your neoprene waders. These products work as both disinfectant and cleaning catalysts, eliminating all small offensive particles.

Storing your Waders

As durable as our waders are, they are not completely immune to the elements. That's why it's important to properly clean and store your waders when not in use. Proper storage of your waders is crucial. Once your waders are clean and dry, store them inside, away from the elements. It's best to store your waders in a plastic bag. If stored in extreme heat or cold, the materials are susceptible to premature deterioration resulting in damage to your waders and ultimately, causing leaks, and tears.
