55 Day Returns and Exchanges

Before asking for a return or exchange,  please read the below policies.

NOTE - Any return must be in new and un-used condition with tags if tags are supplied.  DO NOT wear shoes outside or waders outside unless you know you are keeping them.

Waders.com customers may return or exchange their items within 55 days of ship date. If you have a holiday gift, please read below for Holiday Gift Returns policy.

If you purchased your item from Amazon or eBay, you must go to your Amazon or eBay account to facilitate the return. Per Amazon and Walmart's policies, you cannot return the item through us directly when it's not purchased from waders.com.

RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY $20 Fee + Shipping Cost

  • You must use the Waders.com UPS prepaid shipping label to return your item
  • We will deduct the following from your refund based on the item returned:
    • $20.00 for each item returned (effective June 27,2022)
    • Note that due to cost rises in our industry, we have had to modify our refund policy; exchanges and store credit do not incur this restocking and shipping fee
  • Please note that your original shipping charges are not refundable (this includes ground, next day, 2nd day and expedited shipping charges)

When possible doing an Exchange or Store credit is always better value.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING IS FREE (limited to first exchange only)

  • Returns for exchanges are free if you are exchanging your item for a different size, color, item or store credit.
  • You must use the waders.com UPS prepaid shipping label to exchange your item
  • If exchanging an item more than one time, we will apply a $20 per item handling fee to any subsequent exchanges

If requesting the same item but in different size.  Please let us know the desired size.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF REFUND

  • You must use the Waders.com UPS prepaid shipping label to return your item
  • Return shipping is FREE

THE FINE PRINT

  • All returns/exchanges must be in New, Unused, Condition 
  • Any product that shows wear, and can't be re-sold as new, will not be accepted
  • Product must have all original tags that were sent with the product 
  • Pro Tip: Don't want to send your item back and wait for the exchange to be shipped?  Expedite the process by placing a new order then returning your product for a refund 
  • Please allow 5-8 business days after exchange/return is received by waders.com to process your item for an exchange or refund

 HOW TO PREPARE YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN

  • We recommend that you use the original shipping box or bag, including all the original packing materials 
  • Put item back into original shipping box or bag
  • Do not add additional markings, labels or excess tape 
  • Please include all original tags with shipment
  • Damaged branded boxes or product returned without tags will not be accepted 
  • Product that shows wear will not be accepted

AFTER YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN IS RECEIVED

  • Once your shipment is received, it is inspected by our QA team.  If there are any questions regarding the exchange/return, one of our representatives will contact you. Once the inspection is completed, your exchange/return will be processed.   
  • If you are exchanging an item, we will send your exchange request to the fulfillment center for picking and processing. This typically takes 3-5 business days.  An email with a new order number will be emailed to you for confirmation and tracking purposes.
  • If you are returning for credit, the same process is followed and a request for a credit to your original payment method will be submitted.  As a reminder, due to security and privacy reasons, we do not keep Paypal and/or credit card information of any kind in our database.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return process has been initiated and sent to Paypal or your credit card provider.  Please allow 5-7 business days as our credit card partners process your credit request.  If you do not see the credit applied to your account within this time frame, please reach back out to us and we will contact our credit card partners to resolve the issue.

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS:

  • Waders.com will take back your product, for an exchange or store credit only (for original purchase amount), outside of the 55 day window if your product is Unworn, in New Condition, has the tags still attached and the branded box is in New condition. Return shipping for exchanges are free.  

Return For Defective Product:

If a product is defective and in the 55 day return window we work with you to get a replacement shipped.  If outside the 55 day return window,  the manufacturer will warranty the item if it falls under their warranty.
