They have combined the 5mm neoprene below the waist and the heavy-duty Caddis breathable fabric above the waist, generating warmth and comfort from the neoprene and breathability from the Caddis fabric. This wader will keep you comfortable in the most extreme cold weather conditions while keeping you bone dry.
