Your inseam is from your crotch to the floor.
Girth is the largest part of your body. Hips.. Chest.. ect.. whatever is the largest measurement.
Your pants or bra size only works if it is the largest part of your body. Even then you will want a few inches more to move around in.
Consider what you will wearing when you put your waders on- then adjust your measurements accordingly. Maybe measure in the garments you usually wear out fishing or hunting to get accurate measurements.
